Thank you for choosing Enhle Visuals. We are honoured to capture your special moments and are committed to delivering a professional, seamless, and high-quality experience. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below. By booking a session with Enhle Visuals, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1 Session Overview

  • Session duration and deliverables vary depending on the selected package.
  • Sessions are valid for one booking/client group only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Package details, including session duration, number of edited images, outfit changes, and setups, will be outlined at the time of booking.
  • Additional people outside of the package allowance may incur an extra fee.

2 Booking & Payment Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed via our online booking platform or direct invoice.
  • A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your session date and time.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before or on the session date.
  • Bookings not paid within the required timeframe will automatically be cancelled.

3 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Approved reschedules may be subject to a rescheduling fee depending on the circumstances and package booked.
  • Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
  • If Enhle Visuals needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost.

4 Session Punctuality & Timeliness

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time where applicable.
  • Session times will not be extended due to client lateness.
  • Clients arriving significantly late may be required to book a new session at full cost.

5 Outfit & Setup Policy

  • Outfit changes and setup variations are dependent on the selected package.
  • Clients are responsible for providing their own clothing, accessories, and personal styling unless otherwise stated.
  • Any special setup requests must be communicated and confirmed prior to the session date.

6 Image Delivery & Editing

  • Final edited images will be delivered within the stated turnaround time communicated at booking.
  • Images will be delivered via an online gallery or agreed delivery platform.
  • RAW or unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • Additional edited images may be purchased at an additional fee.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final images upon delivery.

7 Conduct, Safety & Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session.
  • Clients will be held liable for any damages caused to studio equipment, props, furniture, or locations due to negligence or misuse.
  • Enhle Visuals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the session.

8 Copyright & Image Usage

  • Enhle Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all images captured.
  • Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written privacy request prior to the session.
  • Images are strictly for personal use unless commercial usage rights have been agreed upon in writing.

9 Creative Style & Editing

  • Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the Enhle Visuals editing and shooting style and agree that final images will reflect the creative direction and artistic discretion of the photographer.
  • Extensive editing requests outside the standard editing style may incur additional charges.

10 Client Agreement

By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the session without refund.
