Terms and conditions

Thank you for choosing Enhle Visuals to capture your festive family memories. These sessions are specially designed to be efficient, joyful, and high quality. To ensure the smooth running of each session, please carefully read the terms and conditions below. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Session Overview

- Each Christmas Mini Session is 30 minutes (One Setup Package) or 45 minutes (Two Setup Package).

- Sessions are for one immediate family only, with a maximum of 5 family members (parents and their children).

- No two families may share a session.

- One Setup Package: One setup, one outfit, 10 edited images - R2,800 (30 min)

- Two Setup Package: Two setups, two outfits, 15 edited images - R3,500 (45 min)

- Extra family members: R350 per person

2. Booking & Payment Policy

- Bookings via our online platform.

- 50% payment required within 24 hours to secure your session. Non-refundable & non-transferable.

- Remaining 50% due 7 days before the session.

- Unpaid bookings after 24 hours are cancelled.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

- Rescheduling allowed 72+ hours before session to a weekday only - R1,200 reschedule fee.

- No weekend reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit payment.

- If Enhle Visuals reschedules, a new date will be offered at no cost.

4. Session Punctuality & Timeliness

- Arrive on time, dressed and ready. If doing 2 outfits, come in first outfit and use change room.

- Late arrival = reduced session time (where applicable) No time extensions.

- If you arrive after your session, you will be required to book a new session, at full cost

5. Setup & Outfit Policy

- One Setup = one outfit.

- Two Setup = two outfits.

- Setup choice must be made during booking.

- Clients are responsible for their attire.

6. Image Delivery & Add-Ons

- Images delivered within 7 working days via online gallery.

- No RAW or unedited images shared.

- Extra edited images will be available for purchase

- Final image selections due within 5 days of proof gallery.

7. Conduct, Safety & Responsibility

- Children must be supervised. Clients liable for any damage caused.

- Props/equipment should not be handled unless guided.

- Enhle Visuals not liable for injury or lost items.

8. Copyright & Image Use

- Enhle Visuals retains copyright of all images.

- Images may be used for marketing unless privacy is requested in writing before the session.

- Images are for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate license

9. Client Agreement

By booking, you agree to all terms above. Failure to comply may result in forfeited session or payments.
